The group grew out of DTON Transport Services™ (DTS™), founded in Nigeria in 2018 and registered as a sole proprietorship in 2022. DTS is the Founder’s historical business and is not a subsidiary of DTON Group. Its operating record is the starting evidence for the group’s work.

Two Nigerian subsidiaries are registered today: DTON Transport Services Ltd and DTON Charge & Swap Station Ltd. The others are set up as each business line starts.
The team
DTON Group is led by its founder and its chief operating officer. The group is putting independent oversight in place as the Foundation Readiness Program begins.

Founding director of DTON Group. Leads operations, and serves as Corporate Secretary responsible for the group’s corporate records and governance.
