The market the four systems are built for
DTON sizes its markets from the bottom up, for each of the four industries. These are projections and assumptions, not forecasts.
From total market to DTON’s share
In DTON’s base-case model, the four revenue markets total $6.66T from 2026 to 2035. DTON’s model can serve $274.9B of it.
The total addressable market (TAM) is the whole revenue pool of the four industries. The serviceable market (SAM) is the part DTON’s model can serve. The obtainable market (SOM) is 25% of SAM, the share DTON targets.
The bottom-up approach
How the numbers are built
DTON’s figures come from its own bottom-up revenue model, not from a percentage of an outside market forecast. The model multiplies real-world volumes by unit economics for each industry, then adds them up.
- Volumes Real-world volumes: vehicles, workers, projects, bookings
- Unit economics Multiplied by fees and prices, tested against the record
- Adoption A cautious adoption ramp sets the reachable market
- Phases From Inception to Governance
- Industry Totals for MAAC, t2EF, PWOS and IMC
Where the market sits
Each industry’s share of the total market and of the market DTON’s model can serve.
- MAAC 4.2% $278.1B
- t2EF 2.1% $143.0B
- PWOS 26.8% $1.79T
- IMC 66.9% $4.45T
- MAAC 5.6% $15.5B
- t2EF 2.3% $6.3B
- PWOS 24.8% $68.3B
- IMC 67.2% $184.8B

Three scenarios
DTON also models a low and a high case, so a reader can see how sensitive the market is to its assumptions.
The assets behind the markets
Two of the industries rest on physical assets: vehicles and infrastructure. By 2035 the model projects these asset bases, and the part that DTON’s systems could tokenize or govern.
Combined: $4.61T of assets, of which $463.1B tokenized and governed.
