MAAC: Mobility-as-an-Asset-Class
Productive vehicles become tokenized, income-generating assets: tradable, with fractional ownership.
Economic system: Vehicle Stock Market™ (VSM™) Economy
How it works
- VSM investors buy tokens (MAT™)
- DTON Transport Services™ holds and manages the vehicle
- A licensed operator runs it
- Trip revenue is shared with investors
- Investors earn yield; the operator builds toward owning
For investors
- Hold a full stake or a fractional share of a vehicle through a Mobility Asset Token™ (MAT™).
- Earn a share of each trip’s revenue.
- Trade the asset, subject to the law of each country.
For operators
- Licensed operators run the vehicles, assigned by DTON Transport Services™.
- Pay-As-You-Operate™ (PAYO™) turns daily earnings into a pathway to owning.
- Ownership brings economic freedom and financial independence.

Where it stands
What exists
- DTON PAYO app at version 1.0 is live.
- One U.S. patent application, 19/671,498, is pending. No patent has been granted.
- DTS hire-purchase and community-financed asset purchase are the historical evidence for the model.
What still has to be proven
- The tokenized market is specified, not built. Regulatory treatment must be confirmed in each country.
- The model has not yet been tested with electric vehicles at scale. The planned pilot of 700+ deployed and 850+ listed vehicles is the test.
